hi friends! i'm new in this forum.I need your ideas about my circuit.İ attached a copy of the artical.
1.what material should i use to realize such a microwave circuit(see the artical)
2.can you advise me a signal generator up to 20-30 Ghz
3.can you advise me a device(of course name and model) to measure s parameters of my circuit
