how much output of square wave will be eoungh for POS1060 as you write the input is 17-22v and 17 -23v in figer? i will be thx,s ful if u help me configration of POS1060

input is Vcc=10v

tune input=?

can u plesae tell me about the PA and pin,s information

as i notes while watching datasheet of pos1060


Pin Connections Port RF OUT V-CC V-TUNE GND EXT

hx 2 1 8 3,4,5,6,7


and u take Vcc as pin 5 tune input as pin 4 and RF out as 1

what are the product codes of these pa´s?
I only can see that they come from Motorola.

R.E.D. 2 - Noch Älter. Härter. Besse...
these blue amplifier moduls are just from old Germany C-NET analog Phones which is cut down since 3 Years . Frequency band was around 450 to 460 Mhz and not intend to the picture.

how much input need to feed Pf1040 at pin # 1 which is coming from POS1060 .......as u use

Voltage Regulator L7810 (for VCO)
1 Voltage Regulator L7805 (for Power Fet)

thant's all right. The VCO need around 30mA
so it's possible to take a small 78L10

The Power AMP need at least a 78M05 (500mA max.)
or better a 7805 (1A)
or 78L05 (2A)




pos 1060 pin conections

from top/left to right
1. RF out
2. Ground
3. Ground
4. LF in

from bottom/left to right
5. VCC
6. Ground
7. Ground
8. Ground

i hope ur new noise-gen witn ‘non-inverting’ 741 will work .....i just have 5 day to submit the project ....1 rquest to all of u help me as much as u can .....

the datasheet saying POS1060 will tune at 930 at 10V to 12 V

how strong with POS1060 should be to work fine ......y 555 time will not work or square wave......as ur jammer 1 it work


plesae reply all the qustions its request .... i m in tension bcoz of the 5 days to submit the project and i m still working in noise-gen
